Refund policy
* Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return or refund.
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
